Illustrations

These are illustrations of me mixing my African culture with Maori culture. The point of these designs was a response to an assignment I had during my Diploma at Wellington Institute of Technology. The brief asked us to illustrate how we fit into New Zealand today. I decided to put together African: shields, traditional face masks with a Patu which is a Maori weapon used by warriors for there for the village.
